How to avoid stressing about the loss of an hour ...

So the clocks go back one hour this weekend at 2am on Sunday morning BUT DON'T PANIC!
Dont sit there fretting about having to change all your clocks and being places too early for a few weeks!
Why not use that extra hour to help reduce the “Dont panic” time and think about how to use your time better in the future ...
- Think about how not to get into a panic about running out of time...
- Think about getting the help you need with your paperwork...
- Think about using that spare room as a spare room and not a junk room ...
But most of all DONT PANIC and DO GET IN TOUCH – I really am the person you need for all of the above.

Diarists & Archivists need time (& sometimes help) too ...

Soon I will be buying my day to a page diary for 2013 and like everyone else who buys this type of diary I am looking forward to filling in as many pages as I can with my “memoirs”!
This isn’t always possible as in life the best made plans don’t always work, but if you are the type of person who likes to store memories and memorabilia then get in touch as this is an issue I have addressed myself. They are saying that the Summer is over - well I suppose the school holidays are nearly at an end. But more I would say that people's minds are thinking its "back to work" time.

Time for a holiday??

At this time of year thoughts turn to summer holidays - and why not! Everyone should be able to take a break.

Make sure that you don't take your work with you and make plans to enable you to think of holidays in the future without coming out in a cold sweat (although in the predicted heat this weekend that might not be a bad thing!).
