Its one of those jobs that needs a good workout and then, as needs be, a return by the helper perhaps once a month for a few hours to keep on top of things.
"Admin" can be anything from those boxes that haven't been opened in years to a stack of paper, perhaps that unopened cupboard or those piles of photographs and programmes that really need to be kept "but where?" - even down to sorting out home paperwork (i.e. guarantees and receipts).
