This weekend sees Halloween and the clocks going back one hour. But dont make the clock going back a horrific event – use that extra hour to think about how to make things better for yourself – craving the extra hour to have an extra treat is great but if you spend it worrying about needing more time ... then I am the person to call.
So remember clocks go back at 2am on Sunday 31 October and Happy Halloween!
Did you know we've been changing our clocks forwards and backwards in the UK since 1916. A builder from Kent called William Willett first proposed the idea of British Summer Time in 1907 in a pamphlet entitled 'The Waste of Daylight'. Willett had noticed that the summer mornings light was wasted while people slept, and that the time would be better utilised in the afternoon by putting the clocks forward.
